GREEN BUILDING ORDINANCE

The City of Daly City is pursuing adoption of a Green Building Ordinance which will be reviewed by the City Council on November 23, 2009.  The Green Building Ordinance will apply to all new single-family and multi-family residential construction.  A copy of the Draft Green Building Ordinance is available for download by clicking here.  

To find out what this could mean for current and future projects and to discuss the nuts and bolts of the Ordinance, we invite all interested persons to attend an informational meeting:
